why in express do you lose money late in the round. I have the same tech and military as the day before but on the last day will lose money each turn? I am not sure i have explained this very well

So, if you have military in your country then it makes each turn more expensive.. also if you have a high NW (for other reasons) same thing happens..

It could also be that your income is lower due to other formulations..
