have they changed the formula for having demos to sell $36 bushels on private?

I remember it being 20.5 tech points / acre on military tech to achieve $36 bushels.

I just tested on alpha and it took me 40 tech points / acre on military tech to get $36 bushels.

29/35.5 = 81.69
so you actually have to get 81.69% military tech to get $36 bushels? thats insane.

It's always been ~40 tpa for Demos to reach $36...

Never heard the 20.5 figure before.
