If I use my bonus points on a PCI boom, then crank up my tax rate for the turn I know I'll get the boom, will the PCI boom be that much more effective?
Did it as a test. Boom did indeed yield twice the results. Though the time it took for population to return essentially canceled out the gain. What are the formulas for pop growth?
