What is the formula that determines the price for Private Market Units ?

MilBaseConstant(MBC)=(1 - 0.25*MilBases/Land)

Troops: 144 * GvtMilCost * MilTech% * MBC
Jets: 192 * GvtMilCost * MilTech% * MBC
Turrets: 210 * GvtMilCost * MilTech% * MBC
Tanks: 588 * GvtMilCost * MilTech% * MBC
Bushels: 360 * GvtMilCost * MilTech% * MBC
