vs your enemies

(spies*govtbonus*spytech + 1/4 allies)/land


keeping in mind that if attacker's land is much smaller than defenders land, then a penalty is applied to the attacker

country A has 10k acres, 300k spies no enhancements
SPAL is 30

country B has 300k spies

should country A accept country B's intel offer?

300k spies plus 75k spies/10k acres=37.5 SPAL
so no the cost of the alliance outweighs the marginal benefit
particularly in express where the # of spy ops is so low

trife the formula you mentioned was the formula for earth2025 according to the explanation of intel alliances on that site
as part of the netter philosophy of this site, intel alliances were diminished

in express
i do not believe there are any circumstances under which joining an intel alliance with someone your own size are justified

and that comes from the guy who runs more spy ops than any other current player by far

I love SPAL.

just remember unbuilt land weakens your spal.. if in a tight fight drop the unused land and u will notice your spals better.

land built vs land un-built has no difference to spal.

difference built, or unbuilt maybe not. but if im in a scrap with someone and having a difficult time, i drop excess land, and get thru the majority of the time.. other wise my failure rate is grater

less land = better spal

If you're in a scrap with someone you need a better economy, not a better SPAL. Even if all you do is spy ops, you still need an economy to get military to defend your country.

And my point was that you said "unbuilt land weakens your SPAL" when there was no reason to specify unbuilt land, because unbuilt land and built land have the SAME EFFECT on your SPAL.
