one way of showing that he's spied out rather than his spies pwning u is when u lose less than the usual amount on a failed op.

I dont know how spies losses are derived from, but I dont think thats a good indication of a country being spied out.

spy losses are derived from x% of whoever has less spies. Eg. if I have more spies and better spal than the target, then if i'm spying on someone that i shouldnt bounce on, and i lose less than the normal amount, then i know he's spied out cuz he's got way less spies than i do. =P

but yes, it's not a very accurate way =P

I also remember reading somewhere that spy DR does not affect non damaging operations.... Thus making this comment even more alarming.....
