What sig fig does EE round tech %'s to if at all? I'm really just concerned with weapons and what to round off to when making a calculator.

EE does not round the tech% to any sig fig, other than for display purposes. For all intents and purposes, you can probably assume its 6 sig fig (the accuracy of a float (a 32-bit floating point number)).
