as for when it was last updated was over year ago since not even qz etc can log there (or couldn't when ee wiki was brought up last time).

I'm asking questions because I cant get to wiki. My question is, if your land is way less than your target, but your networth is alot higher what gains can you expect?

you are capped at grabbing 10% of your land

nw disparity reduces your possible grab, from full at 95% of defenders nw dropping down to something like 25% at the biggest difference

so if you grab at the worst nw difference you can still get max gains possible with something like 4x less land than the defender

thats kind of pointless though

not forgetting that best results are from same strat playing countries.
