I once spoke to Pang about buying the game or somehow buying in to help fund its expansion but as soon as he gave me the ad revenue #'s it becomes pretty obvious.

Guys qz and pang do it because they like the game and the community (unbelievable given some of the muppets that play) they make no money from it. Asking for big redevelopments and marketing would be asking them to make a very very silly financial decision.

So unless people are willing to donate time or take time for equity then there is no real expansion.

Make Detmer a game mod.

My position on you is clear as day Martian. The last two massive cheating scandals you've had to be handed the evidence for anything to happen. When has the admin team (i.e. you) ever come up with anything on your own. MD has had a hand in most if not all the major anti-cheat movements in EE and E2025 history.

Disqualify all you want, you just don't like what I have to say and that fact that I of all people are saying it.

The math is simple, the alliances which have proven track records of being cheated AGAINST and have virtually no record of actually cheating should be given a hand in modding the game (at least in an oversight capacity). We aren't and every year or two someone cheats against us and all you say is "oh sorry yup found this massive cheating lets delete some countries and maybe "ban" people" -< none of which has any teeth whatsoever.

I choose to takeup my points with Qz in private because unlike you he doesn't mod me on AT at every turn.

Sorry Martian, but I still don't trust you anymore.

As long as MD doesn't have mod representation I'll be treating the modding situation as suspect. History is history and we've been on the wrong end of countless cheating scandals under the noses of the mods.

I've had rolling bans of the last 3-4 days on AT which has limited the amount I can say and respond to people's accusations. I've also been PM'd by a few people coming out of the woodwork to insult or attack me. A strange situation with both happening at the same time.

I'm not sure what I've said thats hit a nerve so badly. In any case I've now collected a reasonable amount of circumstantial and indirect evidence on these issues and passed a small redacted fraction of it on to give one of the last mods I trust a good starting point for investigations.

We'll see what if anything can be proven to their satisfaction.

To clarify unlike Sov, Mr Ford and others from SoF I have not publically suggested a single mod has abused their in-game powers nor have I used foul or offensive language to make my point. All I have protested is the closing of AT threads and banning of my accounts. I would have thought publically calling out mods as abusing their in-game powers would be taken far more seriously and resulted in at least if not more harsh treatment than I have been dealt.

^ That is the hypocrisy I see and am calling out and that extends to every single mod that has been involved in closing threads and banning me, Martian or otherwise.

It's been made plain to me by the modding and EE msg's that I should stop talking now so this will be my last post on the subject.

Lets hope no cheating or bias will be uncovered.

As someone who runs I business that regularly does customer service I'll say this.

No CEO / management ever "set out" to have their employees give customer service like this. Clearly though as soon as you have to hire to handle customer service it gets worse. For example I think I do customer service than my head of ops. My head of ops does it better than our interns.

I'm sure comsat (and even my co) would love to run customer service like it did the first week it launched, personalised with the principals, but it isn't realistic.

I'll still laugh at that clip and thing its horrendus and it'll never happen to us, but realistically I can see the quality of our service fade as we hire and get scale. Maintaining the quality is a major concern for me.

It's why I think companies like Zappos are so amazing.

I've thought for some time the moderation on this forum is quite clearly Anti-MD and pro the various alliances most represented by the AT mods. I think its quiet clear which "side" is most well represented at the game moderation and forum moderation level.

The pathetic anti-cheat efforts made by the current moderators is proof enough. Maybe if some more even representation from MD/SOL was involved there would be a much more even moderation of the forums and game.

I'd like to know please.

It's funny because I feel like we've been in this exact place before a couple of times. It always seems to be an alliance leader with an ego the size of Texas and the anything to win attitude that must have been developed from some experience (positive or negative) IRL. That attitude leads to:

- Associating with anymore who will help them win
- Bending or breaking rules, customs or common practises to win
- Telling their followers whatever they have to to get their loyalty
- Lying habitually

Just like the leaders in the past that have gone down this hateful route you are going to crash and burn Sov and sadly you will inevitably take "your" alliance and its allies with you. Because you and the people you are surrounding yourself with (read Flamey, iScode) have no filter. Because lines you think exist and you won't cross get stepped over one by one and before you know it you are Hanlong or TC or Mr. Silver. And I know this because I've seen it, 3 times and those guys were exactly like you but probably smarter. Yesterday it was iScode infiltrating MD and suiciding on your allies in an effort to discredit us, today it's lying about his ban from SoF and harbouring him. It's the manipulation of RAGE and LaF and others. I'm sure you will top it next reset. Because you have to, you have to keep winning whatever it takes, because if you are not winning what are you? Losing and you can't lose.

Unfortunately there are few in this game that can lose or that have the ability to realise sometimes losing is the better way. Lose or cheat & win? Lose or lie and win? Lose or manipulate your "friends" and win?

We'll be right back at square one again in 12 months time with another scandal and Pang and Qz cleaning up a mess.

The sad thing about this is that you'll drag your members with you and they'll get hurt. Just like LaFers got hurt when TC did it and rank and file RD'ers got hurt when Silver and co went too far.

There are some really decent and intelligent alliance leaders on the server and I think if they take some perspective on things and realise the signs they'll know that following you is a losing game. Maybe not this reset or next but eventually it will be. Because you're the kid that crashes and burns. It's always been the case in this game.

And that's a real shame.
