with the restart bonuses I think they are trying to cripple the countries instead of killing it and letting them restart with a good economy. That is all assuming that they wont be able to hit while the rebuild tho, otherwise it backfires.
Well, I did buyout 2 days ago when IMP were killing my country. I had 2B cash and 90M bushels stocked with nothing to buy since no troops in public market and my private was running low.
Im sure $3000 oils wouldve slowed them down a bit :)
3 of my countries died with 10m oils lol
