One problem I am finding in tournaments is that people are able to do insane damage to a country without even having to click that War button. A couple of suggestions of mine would be to perhaps make it so you cannot use missiles or Bioterrorism (because it's very, very powerful) without declaring War. Attached to this suggestion would be an option to choose a bonus when you go into War instead of just 10% to attack power. Maybe have four options: 10% Attack Power, 10% Defense Power, 10% Spy Effectiveness, or -10% Military Losses.

I am not in Game A. I am in B. And if it only kills 25%... My population was at 100,000. After the bioterrorism attacks, it was at 49,000. So that's a little more than 25%.

What? I don't have any missiles. I don't know what you're talking about. I don't do missile research builds, I'm a 75/25 defense/offense build. I don't do all that underhanded crap. I don't even think you're in my Tournament Group because there's been only a few missile launches in our news.

A single spy op is able to kill over half your population just with bioterrorism? Really?? Why have spy operations become so gamebreaking? If it did 1% per successful mission, even 2%, sure, but to have just one last 15 turns and kill 50% of the population? There really needs to be some kind of balance. It is not fair to legitimate, hard-working players who build an army and build up their country to withstand attacks and suddenly, someone just throws in a spy operation and almost kills you outright without sending a single jet. You don't see this IRL when a group enters a country and suddenly 50% of that country is dead in one swoop. Spy attack operations really need to be nerfed.

Yeah I did one standard strike yesterday against someone and he retaliated with missile after missile. I was like: "Really? ... Seriously??" I almost don't care what happens now, I just want to deck this guy something fierce and knock him completely out of my land range.
