I made things public because they were unwilling to be reasonable in their 'negotiations', if you can call them that. If they didn't want it to become public, they should have been more reasonable. 6 LGs within 1 minute by the same country on the same country gets only 6 retals, then they retal with widespread farming. Obviously "talking" to them accomplished nothing.

And you can give him props for this all you like. But they've done similar things in the past, and a "sorry" isn't going to correct anything. Nor does it indicate it won't happen again. The only reason they're apologizing is because of the bad publicity they've received and don't want allies turning on them.

And by the way... we have targeted the biggest countries and worked our way down (in case you didn't notice). We don't need a spy to do that. If a country in that string gets online we move on. So I'd be interested in any evidence as to us using a spy. Wouldn't getting into your irc room be more beneficial? We would know who is getting online, waiting for more hits before they wall, or know your kill Target before you hit.

So, yeah... let's see what evidence we had a spy because that is news to me. Sounds like accusations made out of frustration to be honest.

We can keep the arguing alive if that's what you wish. I know you're pretty bored. But I'm willing to hash things out and head off in our own directions. Turning these arguments into an ingame conflict where Xtinct and IMP end up warring wouldn't be good for either tag. I think IMP would have a lot more to lose than us as people would most likely quickly sour on you guys.

I would apologize, except I don't feel as though you really deserve one. These posts wouldn't happen, if you guys didn't treat us the way you did.

We didn't involve ourselves with anybody. We were 100% peaceful. Yes, we were prepared for a war. Just because we knew we would be tested. Never did I think a clan 3x the size of us would bully us because of the actions of one member.

Self farming has been a hot issue on this server for a while now, I used to play here. I remember when llaar had those 1M+ acre countries. But it has generally been accepted. Frowned up, but accepted. But because we were building war countries, it's an issue? That's hypocritical. Either we all can do it, or none of us can.

And IMP obviously wasn't a target of ours, considering you guys are much larger. So why it concerned you is beyond me. If you guys would have treated us with respect instead of farming us and claiming they were retals. 6 LGs in a row is excessive. You would not work with us on it. And when we retalled, IMP hit us back with 75 LGs as "retals".

So you may not like my posts. But you guys are 100% deserving of everything I've said. Handle yourselves better instead of being the big, tough bullies and none of these posts directed at your alliance would be in a negative tone.

We have a pact, just not a DP with them.

I still don't see what the issue is. As long as they aren't having taghoppers join them, you policing for us is not an issue. Any hits between Swords and Xtinct wouldn't be policed by you guys, so I fail to see what the issue is.

And I saw IMP contact you guys as well about it.

I'm not upset about the decision. We found another police. Just don't understand why IMP/Swords would have an issue with their ally policing for us. I see no harm to Swords but mkay.

We farmed IMP? LOL. You should check your facts before posting something like that.

- We made 0 LGs all reset.
- An IMP country LG'd an Xtinct country 6 times in under a minute.
- IMP refused to give us escalating retals, only authorizing 6.
- IMP put that country into DRs for two consecutive days so we could not retal properly.
- We took our 6 retals, and they responded with 75+ landgrabs in response. And continued to grab our members claiming they were retals for LGs we never made.

I talked to Aponic before the FS and he said to let him know when to post. He agreed to it...

And IMP should have no business in this as I'm pretty certain it doesn't say anywhere in any of their pacts that policing hits made by IMP against a tag at war is a break of their pact.

I'll check the news. We haven't grabbed a single tag all round so it doesn't make sense for our guys to start doing so now, especially against a different tag than we're at war with.

It's our first set on the server. You expect us to have tight enough bonds with other alliances to maneuver something like that right away? We're still in that phase where everybody on the server is feeling us out to see what we're capable of...

We knew that our first reset was going to be a test. We all came from other servers and knew how it worked. Most of us have been around this game for years. We were fine being tested in our first reset to see what we have to offer this server.

We made it abundantly clear we would not LG any clan on this server. And we held to our word. There were some hits from MasterC, but nothing to cause concerns. We retalled them accordingly, that was that.

Until IMP became involved in our business. They didn't like that ONE of our guys was self farming. And didn't like that ONE of our guys was putting himself in DRs. The reason for this is because we were building war countries and their allies in Swords did not apparently want us to self farm in order to grow too large. As KyleCleric stated, we apparently "threatened two of our allies. we'll protect our allies." They still seem fascinated that we are Sanct despite having absolutely zero relations with Sanct.

As more wars broke out there were fewer targets. Because of this Swords were concerned about us. We have 70+ fewer countries, but they were still concerned. Instead of talking to us about it, they decided to go to their allies over in IMP to bully us around. 6 consecutive LGs by the same country on the same country, followed by putting that country into DRs. Followed by 75+ LGs for no reason, other than the fact we retalled those 6 LGs with 6 retals.

In talks with IMP, they made it clear that they would defend Swords at all costs. And that made it clear that what they were doing to us was to protect Swords as they felt as though we were a threat to them. Encouraging an ally to bully us around despite being triple our membership is not something we will accept.

And because Swords did not have the balls to express their concerns to us, we are declaring war on Swords. Perhaps they will include IMP and call them in, since they can't seem to handle matters on their own. Perhaps they won't. Only time will tell.

Perhaps if my numerous attempts to contact them were responded, I wouldn't have to resort to AT. But I've continued to PM them, they've continued to read the messages, but refuse to reply to any of them.

No point really as it's pretty unreasonable for a peaceful country putting himself into DRs being an issue, while one of yours grabs us 7 times then puts himself in. But I don't see you working with us on that...

So you, in turn, grant 6 retals when it should be 21, due to escalating retals. Not only that, but you put the guy in DRs and shrug it off as no big deal. I understand you guys are bored. But creating a war out of thin air against a tag 1/3 your size is pretty weak if you ask me.

Like I said. We'll be taking all 21 retals on that string the owner runs. Find someone else to bully around, I thought this server liked a challenge?

You read the message and didn't respond. Before things escalated where more of your guys followed suit, I preferred to have it handled ASAP. I didn't realize that was a bad thing to do.

And I wouldn't call that a FA concern. We haven't landgrabbed a single tag this set. I'm not going to air details of your concern in public, as that's bad taste, but it was much different than ours.
