It is with sincere regret that I must share with you that DrGonzo who lead and played in Sons of Liberty for many years has passed away quite suddenly after being diagnosed with cancer.
His daughter asked it be known that 'Please share the word with his crew. That was a wish that he'd shared with me years ago. You were part of a family to him. Please don't worry about talking about him with them. He would want that.' This goes out to SoLers in particular but we are all scattered anymore and he was a legacy. It doesn't feel right just posting it in SoL.
Speaking of which...we were doing renn fest again this year but not sure I can make it, I'm hitting boston, kansas city and montana all in the span of about 3 weeks, so might be a bit insane by then.
