Humanitarians protest if a country attempts to attack another country which is 12 times bigger or smaller than it.

Why is this rule even in place? At what point will this ever be in effect, or would it matter at all?

Shouldn't it be considerably lower, or just flat removed? 3-4x is hardly gonna make a difference, but at least it would minimize the horrendous GDI impact.

I vote that we roll 2 random number generators, 1 for the Strategy ( Indy/tech/cash/farm blah ), and the other for Government.

Then we all play that combination. And see whats what.

Could make for some interesting sets.

As far as Tech Gain, its based off your total Tech as well. If you have 100k tech total and your stealing from someone with 700k tech, you aren't gonna get a lot.

That being said, you still make money by using the ops(if your not a techer), as you still produce cash/food/units.

The question is, Will you make money over the course of the entire set, if you produce say, 750k spies. Spies cost a lot in maintance, and can't be sold(EDIT: For Profit ). There also about half the networth you would get for producing Jets/Turrets per turn.

Why thank you for judging my talent based off 1 Express set after 5 years of not playing, where I played a Farmer, a strat im horrific at, and still would placed top 10 without the suicides.

Terrible, absolutely terrible.

But I love you anyway Spear. Might wanna think about changing your name next Express though. I would literally play an entire set doing nothing but destroying your country and be happy.

Though assuming I find slag's country again you won't have to worry much ^_^.

the 12k Techer makes twice as much as you. He can afford the time and resources, and still come out way on top.

a 12k Techer can turtle up and never attack anyone again, and still gain more then you.

Im not saying that you can't post a top 10 with a 6.5k. It can be done, and clearly your very efficient at money management and resells, but concluding that someone with equal MM and Resell skill and 12k land wont gain more then you is just ludacris.

I hit like 10 total times in the last 2 hours. I probally lost 7/8M in networth. That woulda chunked me at #9/10 range.

To be fair I spread it out quite a bit. I did 3 on Slags country, 3 on another, and 1 on you in the last 10 minutes.
