ok really not sure what the problem is
i log in and get a white back ground and the text/links on the page are in weird places(will post a screen shot soon) nor can i use any of my irc programs to connet to irc.earth....

windows xp with firefox chrome ie and mirc wont work

ubuntu with firefox chrome and xchat(irc) will not work

phone on my network will not work on outside network no probs

only page im haveing a problem with is earth empires both http://www. and irc. i can run ee if i proxy and no problems with any other site that i have been 2.

possable problems my ISP/IP address, router(modem), malware(will try running my laptop on another network) or earth empires it self. if i cant find a way to fix it by sun night i will format/reset all coms and net work on monday.

any suggestions would be loved to help try and fix.
i dont want to spend a day redoing all the tech in my house.(yes i will do all this just to play ee)
