I am still a smoker, 8 years strong now. I have half-assed tried to quit before with no success. My girlfriend quit smoking about 2 years ago and hasnt had one since. She used a combo of the patch and gum, with one of those electronic cigarettes if things got desperate. She only used the e-cigarette if she was drinking and that regime seemed to work well for her!
