Just going to throw this out there...
Generally speaking, when war starts, it tends to end when the set ends.

A suggestion:
Contact one of us and talk it out. I think overall, we're a very reasonable group.
To make all fair, I'd like to add farming other clans wouldn't be considered reasonable either.

Just saying

FYI, FFAT isn't where we work out our differences, and in fact tend to make things worse.

It's based on, how much PM military cost, how much land you have, and how much food you have, and how much cash if you sold your food on the PM.

As I said, I tossed it together, and I've been drinking heavily for the past 6 hours now.

I'm sure with a clear head I could craft something better. This was the result of it being suggested, I've never made a spreadsheet like this, and I was up to the challenge.

Any other opinions? Feedback welcome...

PAn DoWed on schedule, a time all 3 of us agreed on.
I was monitoring the 4 tags, and noticed that ICD was acquiring tech much faster then NBK, Ares, or PAN.
Maybe I panicked, but I called for a meeting, and urged moving the FS up a week. PAN insisted on maintaining the schedule.
Ares hit 24 hours before the 2nd scheduled FS because we had everyone in war chat, NBK advised we waited, but we made the move. NBK followed the 2nd FS Date/Time, and PAN FSed on the original FS date/time.

This is off memory from something that happened a year ago. If I'm wrong, anyone may correct me here.

As a new player, I think 1M net is that land mark that says, you might be doing something right.
I think it took me a few sets also to break that 1M barrier.
It took me a while to accept that it was ok to let food or money enter a negative net / turn.

I left in 02/03, I for the life of me do not recall ARES, in GPA we had about 7 people, I know some kept playing after I left and I still don't remember an Ares tag :/ [/quote]

Our first couple years, we had 3 members (Including myself), and running a total of maybe 25 to 30 countries (Out of the 25,000 countries on FFA at the time).
We didn't start to grow until about the time Rosco, JJ, Raven, Serendipity, and all the other guys started joining around 04 to 05.
In the early days, I got excited when my countries reached 1M net worth.

Brando, I wouldn't say we have gone down hill. We have encountered a few issues with members causing us a few problems. Over the past few sets, we have removed them or they have gone their own way, only to recruit a replacement problem with a previous problem.

JayR... Brother, you are no exception here. Your only downfall is that you are so paranoid that everyone is out to get you, your actions result in everyone wanting to get you. Slow down, and apply some trust in others. If someone betrays that trust, then don't forget it. You're awesome at this game, you just need to breath and not lash out on an emotional impulse.

As for the moment, Ares is back to it's original core members with a few fairly new members that have demonstrated amazing potential, and I hope these new members hang with us for a while, and help us move forward in the direction that Ares as a clan has always strived for.

Last set while we were being gang banged by IFU and folks, Mercs chose to hit us while we were down. We are simply returning the favor. This is not about might or skill, this is about principal. NBK will be policing for us. LoC if you tag jump 72 hours or not we will take that as a break of pact and we will handle it via Police or other means. That is not a threat it is just being put out there so it can't be brought up later. This is between us and Mercs, period. If Mercs wishes for a fair fight next set we will be happy to do so. If we had a 1vs1 server, markets could "clone" other server market prices.
eg: military would be unlimited to buy, but the price for each unit would be an average of FFA, and Alliance at that moment.

If you do make an error, your best bet is to contact the clan you made the error against. They will not try to contact you.
