Just want to add that I see people conflating my dislike of individual people meaning I hate an entire group they themselves may identify with. I don't agree with them doing that.

Im not anti drag. I don't care if people in drag exist. Just don't tell my daughter she may not be a girl just because when I'm working on my vehicles she picks up a wrench to tighten the lug nuts. Or hops in my lap on the tractor or lawn mower when it's time to cut grass.

Doug knows I don't hate him for being gay. He isn't hurting kids or advocating for it and he and his husband aren't literally doing their bedroom activities on my front porch. I think Doug does good things for his community. I just have a problem with the activists among them like I originally stated. People who try to one up another with how woke they are or maybe they get off on the initial shock of onlookers idk. I don't understand it, I just know it's not for me or my family.

Doug my main problem is the LGBTQ+ _activists_ who have some unexplainable interest of involving young children in their.. I dont want to call it a fantasy and be disrespectful, but I can't put a word on it to describe dressing up in drag to read books to 5 year olds.

I just don't get it. And I don't get the parents who actively participate with their children at those events.. like what's okay with putting your child front row while a grown ass man in drag twerks 5 feet from their face? Even if it was Nikki Minaj I still don't approve. There's a time and a place and the library with kids ain't neither.

Again, no hate for anyone of that group. My motto has always been I don't care what you do as long as you aren't hurting kids and it isn't on my front porch. Sadly corps and activists want to encourage both.

So when people die from it its not the price you pay for avoiding tyranny or maintaining freedom, its the price you pay for faster access to recreational tools. If you think that is a worthwhile trade thats an opinion you can have and it doesn't rely on any false premises. Just call things by their right name.

Maybe they'll load some of these corona idiots into railcars to transport them to "safety".

My point originally, if you recall, was comparing the idea of why I love guns and my freedom in contrast to why Norway and by extension many socialized countries love their free healthcare and higher education. Zen said it well earlier "I couldnt understand any decision made without first understanding your culture, history, challenges, growths, etc." You don't understand us, and that's okay. We're a big fish in a world with a couple other big fish and I don't put a drop of trust in Norway, Germany ,or Sweden to come save my ass when I truly need it. So that's why I have guns.

Oh and this from a guy who never went to college, makes 55k/year full benefits, that has 3 paid off cars, bought a house at 24, 800 credit score, 4 more years of 0% loan on the tractor in the barn, and a 30 year old military 5 ton truck that is my retirement plan to travel the US with no bills.

IMO most people are dumb and ignorant and want to stay where they grew up. NEWS FLASH aint nobody gonna build a place with the perfect job for you right down the street from the house you lived in since you were 8. You gotta be willing to move and change your scenery otherwise you wont get anywhere in life.

I agree the war on drugs is a joke as much as the war on poverty that hasn't done a single fluffing thing for anyone but make certain people richer.

Make pot legal, 10 years minimum for the sale of the harder stuff. Death Row is a bit steep but I see where he is coming from and this is a tried and true tactic he has to make a deal somewhere in the middle which is exactly what he wants.
