I registered a few days ago and I can't post in some forums, including the bugs and suggestion forum which is why this post landed up here.

I also can't register, perhaps this is linked to the above issue?

I go to the Play Now portal and see:

Your email is NOT confirmed!
Click here to confirm your email

I try that and resend the email and I never get it.

I've tried checking spam and I've tried three email accounts I have access to, and I've tried on one computer and on my phone, so I'm pretty sure it's nothing to do with my computer. Can someone please check my account?

Now to work out how to log in ... does anyone else find the forum system confusing? Heh.

In game I click Portal, at the top it says:

Your email is NOT confirmed!
Click here to confirm your email

When I do, I get to http://www.earthempires.com/confirmemail which says I can enter a confirmation code.

Good to see at least one name I recognise :)
And good to see so many rules are the same as when I last played!

Did my app come through? Just making sure things are working fine, unlike the email verification app that I didn't get heh.

Hi all,

New to Earth Empires so I had to create an account today. However, I didn't receive the confirmation email and it has been a few couple of now.

I tried resending more than once, I checked the email address is correct, I checked junk mail etc. Do others have this problem? Is there an issue sending to Hotmail addresses?

Thanks guys, that makes sense now. I wasn't sure if applying for the forum was the same as applying for the clan itself.

Hopefully this is the right forum to post this sort of message.

I'm trying to contact someone in LCN, and I understand they have a forum on boxcarhosting. When I try to create an account there it just takes me to the list of clans, instead of letting me create an account.

I'm not sure about the relationship between this site and that one, or who to contact for issues ... does anyone know how I go about creating an account there?

Alternately, do clans have public forums on this forum, where I can contact them?

I used to play ages back in the Earth 2025 days, so I'm unsure how this new site arrangement works.
