TAN: I'm gonna be free to head anywhere I want. I'll have about 3 weeks to hop around. I'm starting from New Zealand and definitely want to visit Shangjai and Tokyo. Everything else is up in the air.

Shanghai is gonna be a 1 day trip to go see the newly opened Shanghai Disneyland. I'm not spending much time there. I'm looking for other places to spend more time. By National Park I mean National Park lol most countries have some that are their equivalents to say Yellowstone or Death Valley etc.... I'll probably visit one in New Zealand while I'm there and maybe go see Mt Doom from LOTR.

So I'm gonna have the oppurtunity to do a little traveling through Asia next year. Can pretty much do whatever my US passport will allow me to do.

I'm a bit of a theme park/zoo/aquarium/national park junkie and plan on visiting Tokyo Disneyland (and Tokyo in general).

I'm finding going to China with a US passport to be very very annoying although I'd like to go to Shanghai.

I'm looking for some recommendations of awesome places to visit based on the activities I listed above. Open to all suggestions :)

Here's my problem with the "roads and bridges" argument. Obama when he came into office lobbied for and got a stimulus that he bloody said would in large portion go towards our infrastructure for shovel ready jobs. Apparently none of it actually did because the next election cycle we heard the same fluff yet again about crumbling roads and infrastructure.

This is what drives me nuts about Democrats. You say we have crumbling infrastructure, great lets fix that. Start by telling us exactly how much money you need to fix what you need to fix and we'll give you that in a one time payment. None of this levying taxes for endless bureaucratic money pits that never get enough no matter how much is sunk into them.

Couple of points:

Saying that you do not agree with homosexuality or that it is morally wrong is not hate speech, oppressive or anything out of the ordinary that should constitute being fired anymore than saying "I don't believe Christianity is correct" or "I don't believe gambling is morally correct". I'm sure 99% of us here will find things in everyone here that they do not believe is the correct way to live your life. Expressing that is fine and is how discourse takes place. As long as you aren't actually advocating real oppression in some form there's nothing wrong with saying you disagree with the homosexual lifestyle.

It absolutely should be up to the states legislatures or constitutions to define what constitutes a state recognized marriage however the people of that state see fit. If the judicial system is going to say the legislature lacks that power then it absolutely does open up the door in the future for all sorts of other sexual behavior that may also have it's roots in genetics(since homosexuals use the "born this way" argument). Why exactly should states have the authority to say a brother and sister can't get legally married if they are two consenting adults? What about someone who was born attracted to minors and wants to get married to a consenting 13 year old? If the government does not have the right to restrict marriage to between a man and a woman what right do they have to restrict it to two people? You may scoff at this however the unintended consequences of judicial decisions like this are very very real and have been realized many times in the past. The legislature DOES have the right to define what a state recognized marriage is however they see fit within the confines of the US and their own Constitutions. The proper venue to get homosexual marriage recognized is in the state legislatures and so far the pro homosexual marriage argument appears to be gaining traction and winning the debate. Court decisions over this are flat out wrong and make me cringe.

The espionage conviction is questionable and might legitimately be appealable. Not sure how much that would reduce his sentence by but currently he faces up to 136 years. Will be interested to see if the judge effectively sentences him to life in prison.

None of this occurred on Zimmerman's property. He was pursuing Martin across other people's property he didn't even know. Hell if Martin had actually made it to HIS property and then turned to face Zimmerman and the exact same sequence of events transpires then Zimmerman gets murder 2 easily under Florida law and maybe murder 1. That's how ridiculous the law is in this situation.

No he's really not. His own neighborhood watch training said to do the exact opposite of what he did. Moreover his HOA did not sponsor the neighborhood watch. It was spawned from his own private get together. There's no neighborhood watch anywhere that wants the watchmen to go onto people's private property.

It's not his civil duty to pursue people he considers suspects in his own untrained non law enforcement mind across private property. What a ridiculous statement.

Zimmerman's account of events to police say #2 did happen. He told police Martin approached his car and in response Zimmerman rolled up the window.

The thing is he's the only dumbass that thinks getting out of the car was the good/correct thing to do. Even the jurors that found him not guilty all agreed he should not have done that.

Zimmerman didn't have every right to pursue Martin across private property. The fact that the property owners elected not to press trespassing charges after the fact does not constitute an endorsement or permission on their part for GZ doing what he did.

Ocean-: Martin approached Zimmerman while he was in his car stalking him. Zimmerman's response by his own account was to roll up the window. Mr Bigshot self appointed neighborhood watch that wasn't even endorsed by the HOA might have said something then instead of continuing his fluff behavior.

Dibs: Given that Martin was in fact residing in the community at the time what reason did GZ'S have to find him suspicious?

Martin was guilty of being black in GZ's neighborhood.

Angel1: no there isn't on #1. Why was there NO Zimmerman DNA on the concrete? Why did the medical examiner say the head injuries were inconsistent with concrete strikes? You can admit he embelished the fight and still believe it was self-defense you know.

The bottom line is there is no evidence whatsoever that supports concrete strikes and over a dozen bare knuckle blows. When you combine this with Zimmerman's 100% proven lies such as that he knew nothing about Stand Your Ground before the fight, and he and his wife conspiring to deceive the court about his assets it paints a story of a dude making fluff up to stay out of jail.
