Well, IMag's missilles and harmful ops broke the EEWP first, hence IMag deserves the killing if you want to use the EEWP.

That was retalled and you made profit in land. So using that as an excuse is out of the window.

That's unretalled, hence it was IMag's fault again. So using this attack as the argument for all the fiasco is not valid too.
