so if I spy op the country for the break ( 1 ) and then I ps it ( 2 ) then he can nuke me back -

but if i blindly send a ps ( 1 ) then he can't ? !!

give alliance a try, many things are different, RD is back -netting-, ICN and SOF are friends, LAF lost a war with about a 20 member advantage. Anything can, and does happen.

Give Elysium a try, a small clan with plenty of action. We try to net, but someone every set seams to be too grabby for our liking and we fight.
