Quebec alliance (QC) has a mid-reset war arrangment with The Avengers. 10 vs 10. i will not hit tagged countries and i will use QCGuard tagged countries to kill suiciders on QC tag and police our war.

Quebec tags will be QC and QCGuard.

QC tag will war against Avenger Tag in a 10 vs 10 countries in the middle of the set.

QCGuard will be used to kill and police for QC tag other countries that try to abuse QC tag.
