It looks like this thread got a bit out of hand. So please allow me to make a statement from the SOF leadership.
This was an arranged, friendly war. Due to SOL's reunion set, they had a lot of additional countries compared to the previous set. Due to the disparity in numbers LAF, Rival, and Rage agreed to each send SOF some players. MD agreed to make the final numbers even.
This was set out to be a fair war. It did run one way. There were many contributing factors. SOF and allies look to have had the better war preparation going into the FS (this is supported by the starting networth gap). Target selection was also better on the SOF/DF side as we were able to eliminate SOL breakers at a faster rate than we lost our own breakers.
We thank SOL for a good fight (many of whom are friends and former teammates). We thank our allies for their efforts in making this victory possible. And, perhaps most importantly, we thank boobies for being boobies.
