so if a retaller deliberately chooses to use SS on a retal he could easily make the landgrab on him considered a "topfeed"

PDM, i like your retal policy on the part of country:country L:L. it is nice if i get grabbed by you, but i would think it would really suck for you because they can't come out ahead in lging other tags. don't like the special ops as retals though, how do you keep track of those?? they are not in the news and if you look at news it looks one sided.

laf. lol, you always have done excessive grabbing then jumping out of range to overwhelm the little guys. you constantly did it to Neofed every reset, then wanted to appease us with a DNH.

The following shall be The Neofederation's new retal policy effective reset 6 in Earth Empires.

Article 1: If our members landgrab you, you shall have 48 hours to retal that hit. If you need additional time, please contact a Neofed FA and we may extend that timeframe for you.

Article 2: Multiple hits on the Neofederation tag by one country will be retalled via our escalating retal policy below. If a country grabs one neofed member, it'll be a 1:1 retal.. if he grabs 2 neofed members one time each, we will consider it double taps, and result in a 3:2 retal.

Unpacted Country

1 landgrab : 1 retal (1:1)

2 landgrabs : 3 retals (3:2)

3 landgrabs : 5 retals (5:3)

4+ landgrabs : farm/kill

Special Attacks / Harmful Spy Ops

1 attack : 2 retals (2:1)

2 attacks : 4 retals (4:2)

3+ attacks : Farm/Kill

**The above can be substituted for Land:Land if approved by the FA department.

anyone else having trouble logging in to boxcar? i was logged in earlier and all of a sudden it wouldn't show threads when i clicked on a forum. then it kicked me out of boxcar and i can't log in now. :(
