I like new Meta changes :) Thanks for tweaking the strength and weaknesses of certain strats. Makes the game more enjoyable learning different variants to the game as the set goes on.

I didn't land trade either, I just took retals. This whole game is corrupt in their own theories of right and wrong.
This whole new meta of the game and "land trading" is no fault of their own who had done so. You play the game as it is made in front you and taking advantage of what can be done. Sure, it seems like this is unfair to those who want to only play 3 minutes a day to explore and stock to gain networth.
I don't understand. Everything that happens in this game someone has a reason to complain about it.
This is the new meta of the game. All X is not as viable as it once was. I understand most are not able to take grasp of the learning curve of different strategies, but you don't have any room to boast about an old strat that doesn't work anymore.

I am not one to spam my alliance for recruiting. This is actually a first... I was like you once :) Found this game again randomly but played it back when it was called Earth: 2025.
Paradigm recruited me up and it has been a lot more fun than I had expected. If you are looking for a good alliance to learn from and be social, they would be an ideal pick, in my opinion. Good group of guys and a few special girls!

For me in Pa, the storm wimped out ... we got some good winds but nothing too crazy. Didn't lose any power either =D

I am in the air national guard in Pennsylvania (heavy equipment operator)... I got the call this morning be ready in 24 hours for possible activation! I think everyone is anticipating the worst since this is going to be considered to be more severe than last year as far as flooding and power outages are concerned. My fingers are crossed that it goes back out to sea, but it doesn't look like it.

Well all you Cheese loving Americans ...enjoy it now. In 10 years, when I am eligible for presidency and claim it I shall ban Cheese forever in the States on the grounds that it might cause Heart Diseases and some cancers. I plan on spending 100% of the monies delegated for "other" in the fiscal year budget on the harms of cheese. This is not meant to be a discussion, rather just an informative post.

The Origin of Kangaruu -
It is derived from the Guugu Yimidhirr word "gangurru" refaring to the grey kangaroo. Sir Joseph Banks, botanist on James Cook's first voyage, noted the name of the kangaroo as "gangurru" when he tried to communicate with the Aborigines regarding the name of the strange hopping animal noted on Australia's shores. It is clear from Banks's observations and notes that the Aborigines consistently called the creature by that name.

The belief that the word means "I don't understand you" is derived from myth.
