Just a thought, but is it possible to have the "exclude non-npc countries" selected by default at the start of the set? With the [Express] sets instantly starting over, it's easy to forget to select it.

Allow coordination against obvious suiciders. Maybe 5+ hits on 2 separate countries allows for a coordinated kill-run without deletion. Just a thought.. .
Coop is the server to net without any outside threats. If one wants to net without defense, it's all good. If you desire to net in a different server aside from coop it's either take a gamble or buy defense. its not a difficult choice either way.
He also already said that he was done playing the game btw.
If he were to decide that he did want to play again is it possible the ban would or could be modified to a forums ban only? I am not trying to cause trouble by asking this, it is a sincere question.
