Nah PB is 260m, so i'm well behind my usual Farmer public early destock of around 260m.

I'll be lucky to make t50 at this rate. First set ever converting to theo and private market destocking (noob I know). I fluffed it, didn't have anywhere near enough oil. oof I did convert correctly though and now I understand it, next set watch out t10 hahaha

I guess It finally sunk in today the landscape of the game has completely changed since E2025. The game used to be based on wars and those who netted kind of did it to the side. The game storyline was based around grudges, politics, wars, blindsides there was an under belly of meetings and FA's who woud meet and discuss relations. With those netting sitting on the sidelines.

I feel now the direction has become less player involved and more secluded. I've said it time and time again that the bots should go or at least retal. It used to be that over 30k acres you were a fatty. This set has many countries over 300k and even 400k arces countries that have had no interaction with ANY non bot country.

We've had one small war, and everyone else just playing by themselves.

I guess this post came from looking at old FA AT posts from e2025. Looking at some of the war stats and country numbers.

It certainly was an era

This thread smells of a demo / rep conversation in the USA. Some people trying to give credit to SOF and others refusing to see that it’s even possible for SOF to be credit worthy.

I’ve never known SOF to be great netters. They always had a tendency to favour warring, so the fact that there is positives out of them warring I’m not surprised.

Anyone willing to put the effort into this game will get the rewards.

I don’t live in the USA but to me the us political system at the moment is just a circus of clowns in suits.

As an outsider I don’t see how both sides can be so blinded. There is no conversation that either side can have in ANY dialogue manner or channel.

Both sides just so desperate to score points to keep their base happy.

It’s that bad they literally have to talk to the legal system to play conversation mediator. It’s insane.

getting rich as fluff in an online game requires a large player base, I mean like really large player base. You need 10's of thousands of kids buying those vbucks on the daily to get rich.

If we all bought into the 'gems' concept it would mean pang and the crew get a little beer money. Which isn't such a bad idea, I'd suggest just put a BEER link on the left hand menu and a donation form field. I'd pop in some brewsky money in there..

Again you CANNOT fix the attitudes of those who choose to suicide without negatively impacting the actual player base.

You can’t code out attitude fixes.

My suggestion is the same:

No restart bonus for untagged players + have people verify or claim their country.

Claimed countries receive restart bonus as they are safelisted.

Unclaimed countries don’t receive restart bonus.

Adding in the clan GDI helps who? NETTERS from being suicided on. When is the last time imag whinged about a suicider hitting them? What about Elders? No they want to war so they take the trash out themselves.

All i am saying is the majority of the decisions are about allowing the netters to net in peace without any risk, is that what this game has become?

Netting used to be about tag protection, some tags had tag protection and kill teams to protect those within the tag that wanted to net. It wasn't a right to net it was a privilege...

This game can still be saved, but it requires resetting the direction we've been on.

If you're not prepared to save it, then just remove the WAR ROOM altogether and officially make this a PVE game.

In the end the problem you have here is trying to code out peoples attitudes which you simply cannot do.

The game is losing players whether you make changes or not. Those who want to war don't have targets anymore, those who want to net are being sucided on and don't see it worth the effect for 30 days to be destroyed in 2 minutes.

ALL the changes that have been put forward help netters, period. To make it easier for people to not interact with each other in a war game and play left alone.

I think the identity of this game has changed too much, but again like i keep fluffing saying its players attitudes that need to change.

This i agree with 100% and have mentioned this before. At the moment its just free land. Like req was saying 300K+ countries with 1b nw isn't a good look either.

I have ALWAYS said what would be the ulimate would be an actual bot run GDI.

Who retal, grab and war... It would take a mountain of logic and coding hours I understand that, but it would be fun.

Removing the bots doesn't incite solo play. It incites people to actually change their gamestyle for the better IMO.

Adding the bots has removed pvp interaction of ANY kind. Alliance has become a tag solo server. Tags play by themselves unless they are warring.

I've also never claimed to be a real warrior or a great netter. In fact I've often said I'm not great at any element of this game.

What I am though is active, positive and I recruit playes to this game. If you want to view that as negative then so be it.
