I've read a lot of this thread. Both sides make good points.

I think this is one of those cases where cooler heads should have prevailed.

If its true that Candyman did the hits and then was sent in to fix this situation, that does seem like a bad decision by Laf leaders.

I don't however think what he did was an act of war.

Here is the reason why LCN hit PDM

A few LCNers really wanted to war. PDM was aggressive with grabbing us and perhaps our leaders didn't do a good job relaying our displeasure to them. We didn't really want to land trade even though we retalled for more land and came ahead. I remember trife noting this often but members were getting cranky. So leadership decided to go to war. That's it. Debatable if we over reacted.

Now PDM came back from that. What hurt them was the hacking. Sov is playing this up for political reasons that LCN did something over the top.

And really is such a joke to point this out as long as I've been in LCN have we rarely been aggressive.

Can't an alliance ever say "Yes we were bullies and pricks because that's how our leader(sov)was or what our members wanted?"

I'd have way more respect for Sof if they did that. In fairness to Sof, SOL did the same thing and then complained or went into spin mode on how they were the "good guys" So they aren't the only alliance to do so.

What is surprising is how long it takes for alliances to work together to take on a bully. This should have happened a long time ago.

So Sof continue spinning. I wouldn't worry though. Most leaders tend to forgive and forget and most likely this will be the only set you get beat down if you make changes

The ball seems to be in you court and we'll see what you do to make amends.
