theo gives better profits and faster rebuilding, demo saves on taxes and has better mil. tech %.

Today, I'd go Democracy to destock, but hide as much as possible on the public market. If you have some non-agri tech, I'd sell that (instead of hiding it).

I think not, mb's should decrease both pm sell price and pm buy prices. the best pm sell price is a tech filled straight demo (due to the 10% max tech allowance) and this controls the bushel price floor.
