Is there any strat, or anyone that tried to produce spies sell on public market and make a go with this one?

There is a small problem with selling spies on the public market. It is, kind off, impossible. :-P

i meant the other one, and I'm trying it out now on express has to be the most annoying strat, stealing tech and cash from top 10 and not getting cought 200k spies on 3500k land and 110% procent spy eff.

The private market then. While spies sell quite well on the private the problem is you produce a lot less spies than other units. Thus generally people only produce the spies they need and produce other units to sell as in the end that will earn them more cash.

It's not really that annoying, you don't steal that much tech or cash from countries. Those spy ops are rather weak. Bomb Airbases and Cause Dissension are extremely powerful spy ops, but they won't benefit you at all. But if you want to get revenge on someone, they'll do the trick.

IMHO
Indy is an awesome spy strat but you can't make enough cash with spies to support it.
