- You may want to post alternate names in the event that RD denies your application for country name.
- All names submitted to RD for approval become the property of RD regardless of name approval or denial.
- Any country not fulfilling one of the criteria outlined in Section 1 found to be playing without an RD approved name does so at their own risk.
- RD reserves the right to approve or deny a country name for any reason. Further, RD reserves thee right to rescind country name approval at any time.
- In the event that you wish to file an appeal of an RD decision regarding your name proposal, tough fluff.
- All RD decisions are final, unless RD says otherwise.

Country names must be submitted one day before the reset starts. Or the country will be killed out of protection :P

A bonus will be given to the best country name submitted, likely a shipment of 100 bushels, but they're fancy bushels.
