well maybe defusing all the missiles was a bit extreme but he was preventing a possible suicider from missiling him to the ground. why would anyone, especially a tyranny, have that many missiles unless they planned to suicide someone.

There really would not have been the possibility of suicide had he not difussed in the first place..so..eh whatevs..
