WTFO? I can't even get a spy report on the guy ranked just above me without GDI getting in the way. It's STUPID when you read the parameters of the GDI system. NO WHERE does it say that it stops ALL efforts to acquire information or attack another country even if they are right on your doorstep, equal in almost all respects, etc.

It's still the stupidest thing on the game. I can hear myself now telling friends about this game.

"Hey guys, I found this war game that prohibits warring from time to time because some people get all sorts of butthurt about losing some of their land to more aggressive players. Wanna play?"
