Can a player destroy themselves?

Kill = 0 civilians

Self destroy = drop all acres

Farm them good enough and they self delete. He way I see it I got framed with out hitting anyone this set, no reason to rebuild.
I would rather Play in FFA.

You can also SS/PS them until they have no land left, but this is really only practical if they have less than 500 or so acres.
