Set Indy production to 100% spies,run it for atleast 100 turns,that should up your SPAL :) yes I did spy on you,I spy on many people,its a tool and I use it :)

No, the thing is we both could have made it to top 10 and subsequently into game a. Now we both didn't. It was a war we both didn't need. Two countries with slightly more than 15 k land, I ended up with 4 k, him 7 k... Our ranking both dropped to 30 +

I'm not blaming Bobo, ok maybe I am. I asked him for a cease fire, and he retaliated by destroying all but 5 of my missiles, and abed me just for a single retal, of course I did attack him 1st. That's why I say it was childish, and pointless. I learnt my lesson though...

I assumed bobo found me in primary and attacked me there as well, hence my earlier post.
