Maybe this is a dumb question... but I have finished top 10 for sure last few resets in B and C (probably top 3 last two if I remember correctly) and I am still in Game B again... I thought I would get to move up with the big boys at some point here?

you have to keep the same country name set after set to move into game a and stay there

more specifically, at the beginning of the create country dialog, there are words indicating a link that must be used to keep the same country name and it's place on the tourney ladder. just before that link is a message indicating that your country will be created in game A if you finished well enough in your previous set to merit being in game A; this message will be there regardless of the game you last played, A,B, or C. after this initial bit of words and the link, you get the standard text entry box to enter a country name to create a country. if you use this text box to create your country, it will be created in game B or C, regardless of the name you enter or your previous finish.

I click the link every reset with the exception of a war set I finished poorly in I remain in game A. DancingBear is correct.
