I'm curious are the gdi rules the same as express or primary? Or if I'm landgrabbing I should be war ready at All times?

Yes. IT's the Wild WIld West. No protections.

War ready Herbs: anyone can use special attacks on you anytime.

all GDI does is not allow you to attack those 2x or less than 1/2 of u.

then theres the simple dec war.

so how is it im being farmed by someone 8 times my NW

why is it I can run spy ops, espinoage etc. on someone, they can continually attack me but: GDI authority will not let you attack this opponent! oh and I was able to declare war on the country too.

Can someone explain what the rules for GDI are here?
and its not as stated above, as the country grabbed ne 24 times in 2 days, and was 8 times my nw before the last 8 hits done today.

GDI rules say you can't attack someone double/half your size.

Someone might have beat on you and you may have done some ops and then they jumped out of range.

You can still declare war if you want revenge, and attack anyone within 8x your size.
