I walk like ~70km (~45 miles) a week and do strength training and some running. Nothing too much of any of it. I find I need that change of pace both for brain and body from an otherwise sedentary life (work is sitting or standing still 98% of the time and when I'm at home its about the same). I think a lot of the recent research that I have picked up snippets from have suggested that the brain functions best with a few bouts of moderate/high intensity exercise each week both in regards to cognitive factors and psycological health(although perhaps not applicable to all sorts of issues):

Coping with depression is what I need to do after dealing with some people in this game and a higher cognitive function allows me to play better... Screw the other advantages of exercise its all about EE.

Doing whats true and tested instead is very important especially today. People end up spending their time and money on useless things. Then 6 months later they are spending their time and money on the new fad diet/exercise protocol/supplement.

Lmao, ive grown them before. So they actually work. I speak from e experience. Red reishi are not magic. I have some in my room in vietnam right now. The reishi are sold in the Dong xuan market in hanoi vietnam, ive grown the magic ones and believe me i cited reputable sites with good spores. Spore works and premiumspores are both good sites. You can get most of the other stuff you need from amazon and home depot. So damn your "facts" if you've never done it, dont tell me about tried and true you damn swede! Midwest growkits is fine if your on a budget and dont want to make your own cakes. Its not illegal to buy any of the products in 47 out of 50 states. Just to germinate. Im speaking from tried and true experience. I understand what i just admitted and I truly dont care, because I believe in it.

Ive also ordered from spores101. Although they sometimes cheaper quality and myceliym doesnt grow. Sometimes it does.

From my experience exercise (includes cardio and weight training), nutrition and meditation (yoga) is good for mind and body. No doubt about that as far as I am concerned. Ill let gerd post the facts I’m on my phone:p

Yeah. Having issues with mental illness whether chronic or stress/trauma related, and having physical issues like a broken back and marfan syndrome like I do are often as well treated or better treated by proper diet and exercise.

I don't do a lot of high intensity exercising but I did for a number of years. I did a blend of tai chi and kenpo for cardio for years and it really helped both my mobility and endurance. I lost 80% of the range in my right arm due to a pinched nerve in my winged scapula which I regained thru yoga and that. Basically now I wake up, do 1 hour ish of yoga and walk 5 miles to start my day. To combat marfan syndrome, I eat a diet of predominately nuts and greens with natural anti-inflammatory rich foods (think cayenne, ginger etc). I meditate for either 1 hour before bed if I dont drink, or 1 hour after dinner if I make plans to bring my mind back to center and control daily mental impulses. And I smoke marijuana for pain management.

Not to slap a doc in the face but I feel about a million times better than I ever did with the flufftail of oxy, cellexa (eventually wellbutrin which worked slightly better) and klonopin that I am prescribed. When I took that stuff not only was I not improving, which I have since I started self medicating, I was physically addicted to drugs and mentally unfit to hold down a job.

Also syko. Contrary to popular belief that is legitimately the most I can do for war and activity until I quit playing. It mostly involves drunken late nights and a pile of fluff talk.

I work a 2 - 30 hr a week jobs and play 8 shows a month. At my best I'm a somewhat active player that never suicides, occasionally walls and nets a lot. Funny how things get skewed when you run your mouth as much as I do in this game. In the other game I play I'm a popular player as well but for the exact opposite reasons haha. I'll never stop tho. I love the way the community responds.

Although I am upset that when Mainer restarted and triple tap topfed RAGE, then got two stepped by lcn that I was not blamed for essentially half the server screwing rage over.

If GO were more active I'd say SOL should honestly pay up for their member. He doesn't have jack diddily for a country tho. Something I've attempted to make non existent in elders is slowly finding its way into sol as I work to make legitimate standards for our tag regarding suiciding, topfeeding and the like and sol becomes willing to accept anyone as we once did.

Is that really a community rule? I have never heard of that one. I have always believed that once tagged to your tag, it is part of your tag and you still adhere to a 72 hour responsibility. I am not arguing, just asking.

That rule only applies to certain tags and is broken a lot. Not arguing either, just stating facts ive seen happen in the past.

Lol I think syko just needs to hire a permanent AT PR. WeeZy never betrayed SoL and had MANY opportunities to do such as well as me. I have a hard time saying that Weezy even betrayed you, but we all know who did the actual betrayal and it's right under your nose man.

When I was doing FA back in the day we only considered actions taken within 72 hours to be held against the tag (not including vacation mode time), if you were untagged and clean for 72 hours - your old tag was no longer responsible for you. The exception was tag jumping into wars - that had no expiration date.

End of the set, just open up your private profile ... problem solved. Matter a fact, just everyone open their profiles at the end of the set.
