Hello Earthers,

Throughout the years I have made attempts at creating another stats site for EE many times. Progress was always made, but I would eventually forget about it for a long time... causing me to forget where I was going with the coding and what the code even actually meant when trying to pick it up again. There was one time I actually lost all progress on a major effort because I wiped the server thinking it was included in my backups without double checking.

Once I read eestats.com was going offline it gave me motivation to finally complete my Earth: Empires suite of tools by creating Earth News Central! I started a couple weeks ago, and it has been fun racking my brain figuring out how to do things as a hobbyist coder. Although eestats.com is actually not going away I decided to complete a working version of it anyway. Some polish is still needed in some spots.

I haven't started the Top 10 Lists page because I want to ask if anyone thinks it is actually needed? Also, please let me know what you think in regards to if this site is actually useful and if you like it.

Very cool LI. I haven't gotten a chance to look at it on desktop yet, but I gave it a good once over in cell format.

Main thing I'd like to see is a way to view untaggeds by country number. I.e. typing "}2||}7" in the untagged list on eestats to sort out the techer bots.

99.999% of the reason for looking at a country list right now in the PvE format for the Clan GDI game in its current iteration is to find bots to farm. The easier you make that, the more I'll like the site.

Although Earth News Central is not a complete EEstats replacement, and probably will never be... I will top this. I have had Market Central up and running for years as well which is in the Tools menu of ENC.

In regards to ENC, it is terribly slow looking through thousands of records of previous and current sets. I need to make it record only changes and not everything.

Also sorry for it being "down", but it technically wasn't. My ISP changed my IP recently so the DNS record just needed to be updated. I have always had two URLs, which is now posted in the OP as well.

It’s very nice if you go to rankings you can click on countries and it will show you their attack history like estats.

I checked it out back in July. I thought it was handsome.

No problem. Glad its liked! I spent all last night and I think I've gotten it to record only changes now to cut down the intake. Time will tell if performance will stay.

Also if you visit the site, and its empty... that just means its updating on the backend for 5 mins.

is there a way to see the dr of a country on the express server ?

Seems now each time I go to look, When I go to bring up primary ranks, it will show 1 or 2 countries.... other times more countries come up but still not all....

I guess its possible for the error to appear if you hit the website at the right exact time when the data is transferring over that the site will be briefly empty.

It is working now, maybe that’s what it was.

Maybe using SQL transactions can help that?
