Hello folks! So I'm interested in developing BRE (Barren Realms Elite) - I'm not sure if anyone knows or remembers the game. It preceded Earth 2025. Anyways in order to develop the game I need to contact Mehul. I'm hoping someone might have his contact information. Much obliged if you can help.

Not interested in Earth 2025. BRE was a BBS door back in the day. I don't need the code either - I want to redevelop the game into an App. What I'm interested in is the game's math - which regions yield what gold, returns from attacks, odds of successful spy ops, etc. My hope is that he still has those numbers tucked away on a flash drive somewhere. If I can acquire those figures in addition to the rights to the game, I can proceed.

Why would you need to know the underlying math? Almost all the mechanics are fairly easy to calculate, and on top of that who says you need to replicate the exact same thing?

Kill, I may have to. The math is complicated, though, more so than Earth. Also, Mehul is such a master of balance I would tend to trust his judgement if I can. But yeah, beggers, right?

He is not here. I am pretty sure he is not at utopia forums either.
Both Utopia and E2025 were sold to omac. Omac eventually dropped both games.
MUGA gaming owns the rights to both Utopia and E2025. They might own the rights to what you are looking for.
All I know is that mehul opened up a coffee shop in Houston...sold it to his brother and then opened a ... one of those dang panic room places.

galleri, if my information is accurate BRE is currently owned by a guy named John Dailey. I've found his website, but the message function doesn't work and I have no idea how to get around that, excluding maybe logging on to random BBS's and trying to get an email address.

Just a quick follow-up if anyone's interested. The guy who owns the rights to BRE is officially un-contactable. I've managed to get into contact with Amit Patel, who's been trying to help, but to no avail. Looks like a lost cause. Maybe he'll get back to me at some point with new information. Until then I'm sunk. Thanks again to everyone who's helped with this. Cheers.

Earthquakes surely were the worst on million acre countries. I’m pretty sure I have some ancient screenshots somewhere of some of the massive earthquakes some of my countries endured lol

Also pretty sure you should just figure out your own formulas if you’re making something new. You’ll need to understand it yourself in order to maintain it

enshula, yeah BRE is perfect for me, and I know exactly what to do with it to make it awesome. I looked at SRE. It might be worth a second check but at first glance it's not what I'm looking for.

I performed a simple good search to find out where an individual born in 1977 by that name used to live. I found out his birth date by the wiki link posted above. Mortgage records are a matter of public record, it's not against the law to request them and to even receive them, sometimes you can do it on the county website and sometimes the courts will require that you come down in person, either way, by law, the courts have to furnish them to you, unless they can prove a restraining order against you.
