Hey i was wondering the same thing myself just 5minutes ago !
The obvious thing aint about the LG after dr decrease after <1min (ok maybe that too) but rather the account creation and the process of selling 100 troops and bushel (which is done by people who knows how to play) before playing your 1st turn.

Anyone who plays the game know that if you start your game 2 days late in express you have absolutely no chance whatsoever.

Minutes after #136 spent all its turn exploring, #34 farm it considering he's in GDI and he plans to net. I think we all know those little acre you farmed a small country from can come back to haunt you with just a couple of nukes later in game.
