I haven't made a single grab yet this set but I've been hit one time by two different countries. Both of those hits were by countries in GDI (I'm not). When I try to retaliate I can't because of their being in GDI. One of those countries that hit me was within $100k net of my country and GDI still will not let me hit them back! :P

Unless you have attacked a country twice or more, that country will only be able to commit the following attacks or harmful spy ops against you: standard strikes, planned strikes, steal tech, bomb banks, burn oil, and burn bushels.


... so those are your options.

Yea, if you were trying to retal with missles/abs/gs and the such..you can't for just 1 grab.

basically they have taken the war out of this server, and turned it into the warm feel good everybody loves rainbow colored Unicorn Server!

I had 37 missile last set, and waited patiently for somebody to double tap me, didn't happen,

wait till the end of the set, declare war and missile them.

cant declare war in express.

I baited Walls of Stalengrad into hitting me more than once this set. He did and then i took his 19 k acres of indys and turned it into 1600 acres of indys. Completely ruined him. He thought he was sure to finish top 10. He made the mistake of threatening me, and then hitting me 4 times for 1 hit. BIG mistake. I was only 11k acres but i had 300 turns. It was more than enough. He goes by bonesaw but you might as well call him LOOSER. He has been warned to change his country name. Im sick of his actions so i will war him again if needed. I think next time he will think twice about grabbing more than once.

you didnt do 66 attacks on 1 second. irc.earthempires.com was lagged out so much by the alliance server war that it probably posted your 66 attacks in one second. id be willing to bet a set long land farm that the DB wont show 66 hits in 1 second.

Well if you have access to the database info you'd see it for yourself. If it shows different in the database I'd like to see it. On eestats it showed all 66 hits happening at the same time. On a good day my connection speed is 32mbps. Not to mention that I learned speed killing back in the old swirvy days of earth.
