I agree with KC kill the harmful spy-ops... not needed if all they will be allowed to do is SS/PS.

Express = the civilized server, where the GDI sheriff will kick your behind for trying to disrupt our friendly community :p

You can still mess with those who double tap you or use attacks other then SS/PS. So it is not like you cannot unload on someone who gets abusive or excessive in their attacks against your country. At least players will be unloading on the ones who get abusive and not on some innocent player who hasn't done anything to deserve another player's wrath or boredom relief.

mrford is a wimp, and the Panthers suck ass

change it so that they can attack GDI countries as much as they want, but give it a 75% chance that the attack will hit a different country.

Even better - make it so there is a %75 chance that the hit will be made on a country that has made a minimum 25 hits in the last 12 hrs :-)

Make it so that every attack against a gdi country reduce your readiness by 30% but can do anything to it.
