People are douchebags for doubletapping, especially if they SS you first, then follow it up with a PS for maximum pain. They're thinking "hmm, I'd better not farm him because he'll come back later in the set and rape me, but I think I can take enough of an advantage of him to get more land than I really should out of him and get away with it." People like that deserve to wake up to all the pancakes.

And yes, I sent a few ABs in the general direction of #53 and barely scratched him, after he was able to do anywhere from 2 times to 5 times the damage to my country as I was able to do to his country per attack.

That's not being a douchebag, that's just rational self-serving behavior within the game. I'm not saying it's wrong to AB the guy, that's the danger he was courting when he did it, just saying - he's not a douchebag. You make it sound like he's an asshole or a bad guy or something for attacking the same country more than once.

That's because he is.


1) He's not farming me, so he's not even giving me the benefit of DR, which is a far better deterrent than turrets.

2) He's taking advantage of someone else's weakness, and, despite KNOWING the danger of doing so, decides to take a bit more land because he thought he could get away with it. Hell, he had to have noticed my country name at some time in the process.

3) He did an SS, and then followed it up with a PS, knowing that DR wouldn't have kicked in by then. He knew exactly what he was doing when he did that. That's not just going "oh, I'll take some more land because he's weak", that's saying "You can't touch me and to prove it, I'll take all the land I can take and leave you at the bottom of the scores list because someone else will come along and take even MORE land off you", which totally happened.


If that doesn't make him a bad guy, I don't know what does.

Maybe single tapping is for douchebags, because they know DR won't kick in and because they know exactly what they're doing: they know they're immune from retaliatory special attacks. Maybe everyone who plays this game is a douchebag for trying to play the game. Hell, is there even a "maybe" about it?

No, I don't have a stake in what happened to #113, but I double tap weak countries from time to time. I hit twice because I don't want to farm them, but I'm willing to risk going back for more.
