Please post country numbers so I can in game them. I seem to have issues with my messengers and I don't care for irc.

You may send an ingame message signaling your intention to surrender to any NBK country in the top 25. The message will be delivered and a response will be drafted and sent along appropiate channels.

Of course, in order for any such message to be delivered, we ask that no country in the top 25 be attacked. That's just common sense.
