Yeah! All you have to do is dig your yard up to place a cable that tells the robot when to turn!
When I dug my yard to install an irrigation system, all the dormant weeds decided to start to grow. I havnt fully restored my yard yet. No way I would do that again for a fluffing robot lawn mower. Weekly exercise will do you good.

If you are looking for a 21 inch width cut, more or less, both Toro and Lawnboy make sturdy dependable mowers. If you're looking more to what commercial guys use, something in the 40 to 60 inch range, then ExMark or John Deere make very good machines.
Honda always best for self propelled lawn mower. My previous mower lasted a dozen years and was still going when I replaced it with my new https://bestoutdooritems.com/best-gas-lawn-mowers/ I'd recommend it for you as it's self-propelled with the best controls on it, the blade-brake mechanism means you can keep the motor running (but without the blade spinning) so you can go pick up rocks/trees/etc that are in the way - without the need to pull-start it again.
I would say Husqvarna LC121P Stratton Self Propelled Lawn Mower (https://www.machinesrating.com/...led-lawn-mower-under-300/) is a good lawnmower I have been using it for the last 2 years and it works fine. Before that, I had a riding a lawnmower but I had to change it when I get a self-propelled lawn mower my work becomes easy.
