It seems more likely to be someone who untagged from M4D - maybe even M4D would want to help against their recent untag (a lot of groups will police actions from those who drop tag within 72 hours)?

Interesting. Doesnt look he works for us anymore when he made those attacks. I believe you are looking for Sir Jouster, head of the FA department. of course, he is FA of m4d, and the attacks came from the untagged country formerly known as prince.

It's a thing called "tag responsibility".

It means that if someone leaves your tag, you're still considered responsible for them for 72 hours after they detagged, or you removed them.

That's why people are telling him to talk to Jouster.

As for your claim that people won't help, coalie is already saving turns.

Buch is an old name, and has earned himself a large level of respect, so yeah, people will help him.
