[PLANNED/LOW] the ability to set a target default bonus to use for bonus points

today on expiry, the points default to turns. a nice to have feature would be to set the target bonus for the default usage upon expiry.

What's the use case? You want to lower building costs as much as possible but you forget to spend your points and get turns instead?

yes, it's mostly for those of us who are forgetful/lazy. we can set a default and have the bonuses auto rollover into it.

In that case, wouldn't it be better to have a way to automatically allocate bonus points to a category as they come in? Countries would benefit from reducing their building costs as quickly as possible.

That sounds like the best case to me. Set it up like managing your indy production, bonus points go automatically.

what is luck supposed to do on bonus points? I have tried is spending points on that one a few times and I dont see any additional production booms or extra missiles.
