smlandau84, the player superfly cheated with to win round 831, has created over a dozen game accounts in order to disrupt game play on the Express server. The game mods are working to correct this issue. On the administration side, we've implemented some new anti-cheating measures to deal with this problem. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I knew superfly was a cheat! He should be stripped from his rankings on the top players link.

You should keep your mouth closed badonkadonks as you have multiple purple countries in your country name including a deleted country and an insulting country name against the mods in round 529….

Lmao that is a funny name though. Sometime the admins can be a little overzealous and Americans believe very strongly in free speech but on the flip side you guys provoke them and feed into it constantly. Try showing them even the tiniest amount of respect instead. People tend to appreciate that and treat you better in the long run. You are technically on private property here so they could throw you off if it just for not liking the way you move. They clearly are not playing with you guys trolling any more.

Also, it seems to me like the admins are taking things in fairly good spirits (despite claims to the contrary, from people that appear to have an axe to grind) a couple of light hearted jibes in country names that I can see in top 30 right now:

You know kinda like when my posts were deleted and I got forum banned earlier in the week for calling you a name that you than made a joke about?

How many of his purples are due to language and not coordination or cheating?

I am able to make a joke about it because I have spent a lot of time learning to deal with my own shortcomings. It is very likely that your comment might have bothered me in the past, but things like this no longer do.

However my ability to control my emotions, does not make what you did "acceptable behaviour".

When you try to make excuses for your behaviour this is tacit acknowledgement that you know it is wrong, and it is explicit demonstration that you refuse to accept responsibility for your actions.

I understand that self-accountability is hard, I know that this was an issue for me for a long time, and that it is something I continue to try and improve on — it might not seem like it, but I think that it can make a person feel better about themselves if they are able to honestly do this.

I think that trying to distract oneself from one's own shortcomings by focusing on the mistakes of others is tempting, and offers what appears to be immediate relief. In the long term, the only deception is to ourselves.

I'm not a practising Christian, I don't really consider myself to follow any specific religion, but I have found that many of them are good sources of wisdom. I was pleased to stumble across a bible verse the other day that seems relevant, Hebrews 4:13.

However that is a little inscrutable, so it's worth googling too to get some wider interpretation.

btw looking at the purples in my profile it looks like two of them i was deleted for farming guys with 0 turrets.....

by that train of thought there should be a few people with purples here as i have not been the only person to farm 0 defense countries over the years......

my point however still stands. BaDonkaDonks has more purple deleted countries so by default he has violated / cheated more than anyone else here.

hmm after looking at BaDonkaDonks profile in greater details it looks like you even have a history of destructive game play voiding GDI against multiple players and dying many times over.

Looks like even Slagpit personally killed you in round 755 with his country the Tyranny of Buster Douglas (#89)

I appreciate your common sense perspective, but some of these players get banned on purpose with the goal of convincing other people to quit the game because of their "unfair ban". We've even had players message the mods requesting a ban only to later have other players complain about that ban.

I've NEVER seen anyone trying to convince other people to quit the game.

I mean, who would do that? It would be extremely childish, and everyone around here is super mature. Especially me.

I can't imagine anyone having *that* much of tantrum over an online game 😂
